Welcome to my practice. As a licensed mental health counselor rooted in holistic and integrative care, I offer a sacred space for healing and self-discovery in Central Florida. I currently work exclusively with women (ages 18–55) who are seeking holistic, somatic, and trauma-informed support. My practice is designed to create a safe, healing-centered space specifically for women’s mental health needs.

Specializing in trauma therapy through a psychodynamic lens, I gently guide clients to explore the deeper roots of current patterns—illuminating how past experiences have shaped present-day beliefs and behaviors. Our work may include inner child healing and interactive, somatic-based techniques that invite your subconscious wisdom forward, fostering insight, restoration, and authentic transformation. Each session is a step toward returning to the truest version of yourself—grounded, whole, and aligned.
